Nuala is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. She has been in full time practice since getting her qualification. She joined Matthews Walsh & Associates in 1995.
Nuala became a member of the Institute of Tax in 2003 and formed a dedictaed tax practice called Brass Tax.
she has been invited to represent ACCA on the Vat Review Group whose remit is to consult with Revenue on the drafting of legislation with regard to the changes on Vat on Property.
Topic:
During this presentation Nuala will do a recap on some of the VAT on property rules which were introduced in July 2008. She will also cover some of the changes which were introduced in 2009, and cover one or two 'scenarios' such as rent to buy schemes. Nuala will use examples throughout the presentation.
