The topics which will be covered during the session include;

 - How and why cyber threats happen
 - How to assess the level of the risk or threat
 - How to remedy the risk or mitigate the threat
 - Where necessary best practice in reporting the risk or incident.

 

About Howard Shortt
Howard has extensive international experience addressing multiple Cyber Security issues. He delivers strategic reviews, and capability maturity assessments from design through implementation encompassing compliance, governance, IAM, and technical transformation programmes.

Howard’s utilized frameworks include ISO 27001, NIST CSF, NYDFS, PCI/DSS, TIBER-EU, and CIS standards controls for attestation, reporting, and remediation guidance to inform governance and audit functions.
