MC for the event - Marion Kelly, CEO of Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB)
Marion Kelly has been CEO of the Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB) since March 2020. She has 24 years of experience in financial services having held senior roles in Bank of Ireland, PwC and in Brussels with both the European Savings Banks Group and the European Commission. Marion is a Certified Bank Director (Institute of Banking), a LCOI from the Compliance Institute and holds Professional Diplomas in Leading Cultural Change and Ethical Behaviour in Financial Services (IoB) and in Sustainability and Fintech from the Oxford Said Business School.
Barry D’Arcy, Chief Risk Officer at PTSB
Barry D’Arcy is CRO at PTSB. He has previously worked as CRO, Head of Finance and its Head of Credit/Asset and Liability Management Risk of KBC Bank (Ireland. He is a qualified accountant whose earlier career includes finance roles in banking and in food and IT multinationals

Yvonne Kelleher is a managing director in Risk Consulting and advises a range of leading financial services institutions in banking, insurance and investment firms.
Simon O’Neill, Partner Banking & Finance at Philip Lee
Simon O’Neill in the banking and finance team in Philip Lee LLP advising on all aspects of corporate banking, focusing on secured and unsecured lending transactions, property and project finance. Simon advises banks, financial institutions, and fintechs on a broad range of financial services regulatory matters, crypto assets, regulatory investigations and has authored numerous articles on culture in banking and conduct standards introduced by the Central Bank of Ireland as part of its Individual Accountability Framework. Simon coordinates the firm’s sustainable finance and ESG advisory practice.
Rosalind Norton, Director in Risk Consulting at KPMG
Rosalind has over 10 years experience across a number of sectors including financial services, energy, health and retail in Ireland and Australia. Rosalind has experience dealing with complex and customer sensitive projects and has worked on a number of Regulator enforced programs. In particular, Rosalind specialises in the delivery of Individual Accountability Behaviour, Culture and Inclusion and Diversity programmes.
