ACCA Ireland invites you to our Capital Gains Tax Relief Update for 2024 with Paul Murphy. This webinar will take place on March 13th, 2024 from 11.00- 13.00pm.

 

The last 12 months have seen a significant increase in business acquisitions which has resulted in clients seeking advice on how best to maximise the tax efficiency of a potential sale of their companies. This seminar aims to provide an analysis of the different types of reliefs that are available and how a client can be advised in readying the business for its sale. It will also cover the tax reliefs available for a transfer of the company to the next generation.

He is a corporation tax lecturer for the Irish Taxation Institute and is an Associate of both the Irish Taxation Institute and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Paul is a co-author of the Irish Taxation Institute’s annual publication, Irish Taxation Law and Practice.
