Ciarán has worked in transfer pricing in Ireland for eight years, joining EY in February 2020. Ciarán has worked with clients across the industry spectrum to address complex transfer pricing issues, Ciaran has a specialism in areas involving business restructuring, allocation of profits across multi-principal structures, and valuations of intellectual property. Prior to working in transfer pricing, Ciarán worked as an economic researcher and as a policy and communications professional, liaising with government ministers to communicate and advocate for complex economic policy positions

Tamas Adorjan, Director, Transfer Pricing, EY Ireland:
Tamas is a transfer pricing director in EY Ireland. He has over 15 years of experience from a number of markets such as Ireland, Hungary, the Netherlands, Russia and Southeast Asia, and various industries from technology and life sciences to banking and financial services. He has been involved is diverse projects like restructuring, IP valuation, controversy (audits, APAs, MAPs), operational transfer pricing, as well as advisory and compliance.
