He has led a very successful team by recognising the need for enhanced fraud prevention frameworks, improving fraud response times by optimising fraud investigation processes.

Head of Fraud Customer Experience & Communications, Bank of Ireland

Emily has worked in Bank of Ireland for over 10 years and only this year moved into her new role which utilises her expertise in crafting clear, empathetic strategies to support and protect customer during and after fraud incidents. She is dedicated to improving communication frameworks that empower customers and minimise fraud impacts.
