Paul Walsh

Director, Grant Thornton

Paul is a Director in Grant Thornton’s Restructuring department, having joined the firm in March 2016. Paul is a Registered Insolvency Practitioner and leads the firms solvent liquidations offering while also acting as Liquidator or Receiver to SME’s in insolvent scenarios. Paul has over 13 years of Restructuring experience during which time he has dealt with all formal appointment types with engagements capturing a broad range of industries and sectors. Paul began his career as an auditor and has over three years auditing and assurance experience with a large audit firm having lead audit engagements of large multi-national companies as well as smaller privately owned indigenous companies.

Conor Keogh

Associate Director, Grant Thornton

Conor joined Grant Thornton in 2023 and has responsibility for managing a wide-ranging portfolio of solvent liquidations operating in a broad range of industries including aircraft leasing, insurance and reinsurance, regulated funds, construction and retail.

Conor is a Chartered Certified Accountant with over fourteen years’ experience in a Restructuring and Advisory. Conor has extensive corporate restructuring experience having managed portfolios of corporate and personal receivership appointments as well as large corporate group simplification engagements.
