Guest Speaker: Nigel Robbins,Group Commercial Director, UTV Media plc
Nigel Robbins joined UTV Media plc in 2011 as Group Commercial Director. Previously, Nigel was CEO of one of Europe’s leading game development companies, Kuju Entertainment, with studios across the UK, Europe and the US. He has also held senior positions with MTV Networks, a division of Viacom Inc., as CEO of MTV Networks Asia-Pacific, CEO of MTV Group Japan, and Managing Director of MTV Networks Australia and MTV Networks India.
UTV Media is one of the most successful multi media companies in the UK and Ireland, incorporating Radio (talkSPORT and 20 local radio stations across the UK and Ireland), Television (UTV), plus digital media and internet divisions (Tibus, UTV Internet, Simply Zesty, RecruitNI, UTV Drive, PropertyPal.com) and the weekly published Sport Magazine. In his senior management role at UTV Media, Nigel is charged with further developing the Group’s commercial interests across its TV, Radio and New Media businesses.
