Speaker: Andrew Maher, Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence, Ernst & Young
Contract management is increasingly being prioritised as organisations realise the effects that a poorly planned process has on their organisation.
• Is the contract business critical and meeting your needs?
• Will following the precise terms of the contract lead to lower costs or higher revenues?
• Is the best possible commercial value delivered from the contract?
• What are the potential risks and how can they be mitigated?
• Is the contract being managed effectively and what managerial improvements could be introduced?
• Do existing quality control/assurance processes cover all key aspects of performance and what new processes should be added?
