The course is an accounting standards refresher for practising accountants in Industry and Practice and we'll cover the following topics:

IFRS 2 Share Based Payments
IFRS 5 Non Current Assets Held for Sale and Discontinued Operations
IFRS 9 Financial Instruments
IFRS 13 Fair Values
IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers
IFRS 16 Leases

In addition, we'll review the current version of FRS 102. In particular we'll be looking at some practical issues associated with Business Combinations and we'll examine the differences between FRS 102 and the International Accounting Standards.
