Please join us on Monday, 30 November for our Business Leaders' Forum webinar on 'Performance Management during COVID-19 - The New Normal'.


We are delighted to announce our three panel members and guest speakers for this event; Fiona Rowley, Managing Director at Empowerpeople, Na Fu (PhD), Associate Professor of MSc Human Resource Management at Trinity College Dublin and Alan Lyons, Chartered Psychologist at KinchLyons - where psychology means business.

The event will be hosted by our Business Leaders Panel and chaired by panel member, Orla Carolan who will pose questions to our guest speakers around a number of themes related to performance management and development, positive performance culture and what is now different managing both effectively, particularly in a remote working environment.

 

Fiona Rowley, Managing Director at Empowerpeople

Fiona is an executive and leadership coach and facilitator working with individuals and teams in small and large organisations. Prior to her position at Empowerpeople Fiona spent 18 years with JP Morgan leading their Financial Reporting and Operational Client Service Delivery teams. Fiona’s area of focus is around leadership and the importance of leaders connecting with and empowering their people to explore their potential. It is due to this work and her interest in creativity and innovation that she is a facilitator with the UCD Innovation Academy for their leadership module.

 

Na Fu (PhD), Associate Professor and Director for MSc Human Resource Management at Trinity College Dublin

Na Fu (PhD) is an associate professor of HRM at Trinity Business School, Trinity College Dublin. Na Fu is the Founder and Director of MSc Human Resource Management, a triple-accredited programme and the Co-Director at the Trinity Centre for Digital Business. As a recipient of multi-awards in research and teaching, Professor Fu is passionate about helping organisations to achieve their employee’s full potential in all aspects. Professor Fu has led a number of research projects in both the private and public sectors around people management relevant to organisational growth and innovation and recent work includes organisational digital transformation and digital workplace.

 

Alan Lyons, Chartered Psychologist at KinchLyons - where Psychology means business

Alan has practiced as a professional psychologist for over 15 years. As a registered psychologist Alan undertakes rigorous continuous professional development (CPD). Alan belongs to both the Division of Work and Organisational Psychology and the Division of Counselling Psychology within the Psychological Society of Ireland. Alan is a qualified coaching psychologist and a founding member of the Society for Coaching Psychology within the British Psychological Society. Alan is also a recognised professional member and accredited sport psychologist by the Irish Institute of Sport where he works with high performance elite athletes. Alan is a highly experienced and accredited facilitator who works with a large number of blue chip organisations, facilitating leadership and team development programmes as well as delivering individual executive coaching.
