Harry Fehily is the Managing Partner of Holmes O’Malley Sexton, having joined the firm in 1986. Harry has extensive experience advising a broad range of clients in contentious and non-contentious matters, with an emphasis on the following; commercial litigation and dispute resolution, professional negligence, Insolvency and corporate recovery, and public administrative law.

George Kennedy is a solicitor and chartered tax advisor in Holmes O’Malley Sexton’s corporate and commercial department. George joined the firm in 2011 from A&L Goodbody Solicitors, where he trained and worked. George has particular expertise in the following; Corporate acquisitions and disposals, Corporate restructuring, Corporate investments, Corporate governance, Commercial agreements and General commercial law advices.
