Mr. Gareth Kinsella, Barrister-at-Law

Garreth Kinsella was educated at Terenure College Dublin. Having graduated first in his class of BBLS in UCD in 2001, he then continued his education at the Honourable Society of the King’s Inns, being called to the Bar on the completion of his studies. He has been a practising barrister since 2003 with an emphasis on contract, medical negligence and planning law. Whilst training as barrister Gareth also worked as a judicial researcher. 
Whilst continuing his practice at the Bar Gareth is also a Training Consultant with La Touche Training. Since 2007 he has provided training to a wide range of professionals, all over Ireland, mainly in the business, medical and planning law arenas. Gareth has presented courses on topics such as Irish Legal Systems, Contract Law, Excellence in Report Writing, Healthcare Records on Trial, Oral Hearing Skills Training, Courtroom Skills and Cross-examination Skills.
