Elizabeth (Liz) Ryan is a partner in the Employment Law & Benefits Team in Mason Hayes & Curran. Liz advises clients across a wide range of sectors including technology, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, retail outlets and public sector bodies. Liz advises on everyday workplace issues, including recruitment, drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies, fixed and part time work, working time and holidays, protective leave, equality and termination of the employment contract. Liz acts for clients in claims before the Employment Appeals Tribunal, the Labour Relations Commission, the Rights Commissioner, the Equality Tribunal and the Civil Courts.
