Margaret is a director of Margaret Zuppinger Partnership Ltd., a people development consultancy launched in 1991, based in the North West of England and operating throughout the UK, which she runs with fellow director Tony Zuppinger. Margaret and Tony are in the people development business: they help organizations to motivate their people, improve their people’s performance and outputs, and to retain and develop the people they need to build and sustain the performance of the organisation.
