This is a one day update with a practical rather than technical emphasis. The course deals with the major changes affecting practitioners in 2017 and those likely to impact in 2018.

AML – the impact of the 4th Directive
Note that the topics may be varied in order to deal with issues which have become more significant at the time of delivery of the course.
Speakers:
Jonathan McGee BBS FCA
Jonathan joined Mercia Ireland in 2007. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland. He trained in Gilroy Gannon in Sligo and spent a further 3 and half years working in the audit department of OSK in Dublin, following which he worked as a financial accountant with Bank of Ireland. Jonathan’s role in Mercia primarily involves conducting compliance reviews and presenting training courses.
