Paula Byrne FCCA, MBA award-winning ACCA Accounting and Advanced Taxation lecturer will present an online interative workshop, on 'Succession Planning- A Practical Guide' on Wednesday, 16 December 2020 from 10.00am to 12.30pm.  

During this interactive workshop, Paula will be dividing all attendees into breakout rooms providing the opportunity to network and gain a more in-depth engaging learning experience.

The taxes that will be covered during this session include; CGT, Stamp Duty, and CAT. 

Reliefs covered will include; Entrepreneur, Retirement, Young trained farmer, Consanguinity, Agricultural, and Business Relief.

Paula has 18 years of experience advising clients on a vast range of taxation topics as well as preparing accounts and taxation returns across all tax headings. Previously Chief Financial Officer for HSBC in Ireland, Paula is the examiner on the Certified Tax Advisor course and delivers taxation and accounting courses directly to corporate clients. Paula has also authored two ACCA approved Irish tax textbooks on Irish Taxation Intermediate and Irish Taxation Advanced.
