Rory Gillen is an author and a regular contributor to the media on financial matter in Ireland.  He is former senior fund manager with Eagle Star and a co-founder of Merrion Capital in 2000 where he was Head of Equity Research among other roles for several years.  In all, he has spent over twenty-five years working in the financial services industry.  He founded GillenMarkets in 2005.  He is author of "3 Steps to Investment Success", a practical guide to stock market investing published in Ireland in October 2012.

Ronan Reid is the CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald Ireland and has 27 years capital markets experience.  In 1995 he co-founded Dolmen Stockbrokers which was sold to Cantor Fitzgerald in 2012.  From 1992 - 1994 he was director of NCB Futures.  Prior to NCB, he was Managing Director of Wuerttembergiche Portfolio Management Company.
