Liam Kenny is a tax director at Grant Thornton Galway. He provides tax advisory and compliance services to privately held businesses and their owner managers. Liam’s clients operate across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, medical devices, software and retail markets.
He has significant experience advising on succession and investment strategies and the related technical tax planning aspects.
Liam is a Chartered Tax Advisor, a member of the CIMA and holds a certificate in trust and estate planning. He sits on the capital taxes committee of TALC and presents regularly to various professional bodies on tax technical matters.
Síle McHugh is an assistant tax manager at Grant Thornton Galway. She provides advisory services to a broad range of Irish businesses, multinational clients and high-net worth individuals. This includes advice on debt restructuring, group restructuring, retirement and succession planning for businesses and individuals and advising people on their employment and residency positions.
Síle is a Chartered Tax Advisor and a qualified solicitor with the Law Society of Ireland.
