Jason Murphy, ACCA Leinster Panel Committee Member and Managing Director and Head of Centrus in Ireland.
Jason is a founder director and Head of Centrus in Ireland. He has 16 years’ experience financing and advising on Infrastructure and Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects. Jason has advised some of the largest infrastructure investors, regulated utilities and housing associations in the UK and Ireland. As a highly regarded contributor in the infrastructure and housing markets he has produced many articles/publications and has been a regular speaker at conferences/seminars. Jason is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Paul O'Neill, financial sector head in the National Development Finance Agency (NDFA)
The NDFA is part of the National Treasury Management Agency whose primary role is to advise the State on large scale capital projects. Paul’s clients include Transport Infrastructure Ireland, Department of Education & Skills, Dublin City Council, Irish Rail, South Dublin County Council and Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government. Prior to joining the NDFA, Paul was a senior associate in KBC Finance Ireland, a subsidiary of KBC Bank N.V, which arranges debt funding solutions for project finance and telecommunications transactions across Europe. Paul is ACCA qualified (2005) and become a fellow of the association in 2012. Paul also has an honours degree (Bachelor of Commerce) from University College Dublin, majoring in banking and finance.
Melanie Jolliffe, Senior Financial Analyst at Salesforce
Melanie is an ACCA qualified accountant who has won a number of awards for her performance in the ACCA exams.
Currently working as a Senior Finance Analyst with Salesforce, a Fortune 500, world leading Cloud SaaS company.
Melanie has over three years experience working in practice and I also worked in the financial services sector prior to completing the ACCA exams.
Michelle Hourican, ACCA Council Member and lecturer with Independent Colleges
Michelle Hourican FCCA, MSc is a lecturer with Independent College Dublin, Director of Datatrails, Chairperson of IT committee for Community Credit Union and ACCA Council Member.
Having lectured in ACCA P3 Business Analysis and F9 Financial Management for 7 years. She also lectures Business Strategy for MSc in Accounting with Finance.
Trained in the audit in Deloitte and then moved to the management consultancy where she managed several Financial and IT projects both in the public and private sectors.
Michelle was President of ACCA Leinster Network 2011. She has had the privilege of presenting an intensive ACCA revision course to final year students in three locations in China. Michelle also presents CPD courses to FCCA members and was awarded ACCA Accountant of the Year 2015.
