Tim Quinlivan is a Director in Sheil Kinnear Limited based in Wexford. Tim is a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and a Chartered Accountant, having served as a Council member of the Irish Tax Institute from 2009 to 2012. Tim co-authored the 1st Edition of Revenue Audits and Investigations – the Professional Handbook and was heavily involved in representations with Revenue on formation of the 2010 Code of Practice for Revenue Audit. Tim has lectured extensively on Revenue audits and related matters at national and regional conferences for the Irish Tax Institute.
