Michael has over 20 years’ experience in helping development eCommerce and Tech companies. In the past 10 years, he has held leadership roles in high growth eCommerce companies such as CarTrawler, eShopWorld and Paddy Power. With a background in eCommerce Operations and Product Development, Michael has always focused on delivering what the customer needs and improving the customer experience.

Michael has also worked with IDA and EI to develop CX Transformation Strategy for Ireland which created support for the market.

Nathalie Monahan, Indirect Tax Manager
Nathalie is a manager in BDO's Indirect Tax department.

Nathalie joined BDO in 2021 and has 5 years’ experience advising both Irish domestic and international clients on VAT issues across a range of industries.

She has advised clients from both an Irish and an international perspective, to include many multinational companies with significant experience on cross border projects.

Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting) from NCI and is an Associate with the Irish Taxation Institute.
