Louise Phelan is Vice President of Global Operations for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at PayPal. Louise leads a team of 1,800 people in Dublin, Dundalk and Berlin. She joined the company in 2006 as Customer Solutions and Risk Director and was appointed to her current role in 2011. Prior to joining PayPal, Louise was a member of the Senior Management Team at GE Money where she spent 16 years in senior management and leadership roles in the areas of quality and compliance. Louise is a member of the board of Ryanair as well as a board member of the American Chamber of Commerce Ireland. She is a member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, CCMA Ireland and the Women’s Executive Network (WXN).
