Alan is a Partner in Wallace O Donoghue Chartered Accountants, Business and Tax Advisors. Prior to joining he worked in a number of large Firms including PwC and Mazars where he was a Tax Director for a number of years. He has more than 15 years’ experience in advising a wide range of clients in the SME sector on a variety  of tax issues including VAT, Income and Corporation Tax and Revenue audits and investigations. He has lectured on topical tax issues and is a member of the Dublin Branch of the Irish Tax Institute.
