Prior to joining Grant Thornton in 2002, Conail worked for pension and actuarial consultancy firms, both in Ireland and Scotland. Conail has extensive experience in providing advice on pensions, business insurance, life assurance, disability, critical illness, lump sum investment and inheritance tax. Conail is a Qualified Financial Advisor and holds a Joint Financial Services Diploma. He is a Fellow of the Life Insurance Association of Ireland and is an Associate of both the Irish Institute of Pension Managers and the Institute of Management Consultants in Ireland. He is also a member of the Insurance Institute of Ireland and Irish Association of Pension Funds as well as being a member of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland.
