Terry Harmer is a Member of the Institute of Training & Development (MIITD), a Fellow of the Sales Institute of Ireland, (FSII) Member / Qualification, a Member of the Marketing Institute of Ireland, (MMII) Member /Qualification, is a Licensed Practitioner of NLP, (NLP Prac.), holds qualifications in Business Administration, a Certificate in Training & Continuing Education, (1st Class Honours, NUI Maynooth), ROI Impact Measurement, (training on training evaluation and transfer of skills to the workplace).

In 1991, Terry started working as a business skills trainer, and specialises in designing and implementing training programmes and modules modelled on world class companies,
using best practice initiatives, to train Communication Skills, People Management,
Leadership, Teambuilding, Sales, Marrketing and Customer Service.

Terry delivers a number of QQI and short training programmes across a braod sectoral
range, spanning Maunfacturing, Pharma, Retail, Technology Local Government and
Business Services. He is on the Enterprise Ireland Mentor panel since 2000.
He also works with a number of Partnership Companies, Offaly, Laois, Kildare, Kilkenny,
Tipperary, Wexford in Rural Enterprise Development, and is a Mentor with Enterprise Ireland.
