We will also analyse the challenges faced by organisations in all sectors as they build back from the impact of Covid-19 and transition towards being more sustainable and resilient entities.

- The integrated thinking that can result from good information

Meet the Speakers
Alan Johnson - International Federation of Accountants
Alan Johnson became IFAC President in November 2020, having previously served as Deputy President from 2018-2020 and as aboard member since November 2015. He was nominated to the IFAC board by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Seán O'Reilly - Technological University Dublin
Seán O’Reilly is the Assistant Head of the School of Accounting & Finance at Technological University Dublin, City Campus. Seán is a Qualified Chartered Accountant having trained in PwC. Seán has extensive executive educational experience lecturing for Chartered Accountants Ireland and the Corporate Governance Institute. Seán also holds an Adjunct Lectureship role at Beijing University of Technology and is a Financial Consultant for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development having worked on several projects in Central Asia. Seán is finalising his PhD in Entrepreneurial Finance and is supervising PhD students researching in the area of Integrated Reporting. Seán is TU Dublin lead on an Erasmus + project on Integrated Reporting for SMEs in Europe.
Sharon Mashado - ACCA Global
Sharon Machado has recently joined Professional Insights as the portfolio head of the business reporting team. In this role, she provides a holistic representation of the business reporting function and manages the team of experts who cover ACCA’s thought leadership and policy work in financial and integrated reporting, audit, tax and business law.
Philip Maher - ACCA Ireland Chair 2021/2022
Philip is the current Chair of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Ireland. Philip has a deep personal interest in Sustainable finance which will be a key focus for the Committee during his year as ACCA Ireland Chair.
Philip is Director in Mazars’s Financial Advisory Department and has over 19 years’ experience in advising clients on strategic and financial matters, corporate finance, and corporate restructuring.
