Roger Wallace has worked with Ernst & Young for the past 12 years. During this time he has served a wide range of clients and sectors, including many leading global organisations such as Intel, Oracle, Lidl and McDonalds along with many of Ireland's indigenous businesses such as Quinn Group, Grafton Recruitment and Aer Lingus Regional. Roger also works with fast growth indigenous companies, particularly those with operations expanding outside of Ireland. His areas of specialisation include the management of large professional engagements across multiple jurisdictions, IFRS and Irish GAAP, governance and controls and development of the finance function and financial reporting in fast growth businesses.
