Our guest speaker is Paul Dicker, Sales Trainer and Executive Coach.  Paul works for Accenture designing and delivering Sales and Leadership programmes for a variety of clients across a range of business units and personnel.  He has over 25 years' experience in Financial Services both in London and Dublin, having held senior management and sales positions in Retail Banking and within the Life and Pensions Industry.  Paul is qualified as a consultant in a variety of personality/psychometirc leadership tools including Myers Briggs and Insights Discovery and is a Qualified Business and Exectuive Coach.
