Fiona Buckley is a Work Behaviourist, Facilitator, Mentor and Empowerment coach specialising in the areas of Leadership & Change, Personal Impact, Work Behaviour, Personalities and Virtual Working.  Before setting up her own business 5 years ago, Fiona held a number of senior corporate roles with her last position being VP of Professional Services for a global virtual organisation. She also previously held a number of Change Management roles. Fiona is also Senior Associate faculty with the Irish Management Institute (IMI) for the past 5 years facilitating on a range of Executive leadership programmes including their Diploma in Organisational Development & Transformation.
