This online seminar will take place on Tuesday 6th September 2022.

2. Planning the assignment.
3. Testing required.
4. Drafting the report to be issued at the conclusion of the assignment.

The Property Services Regulatory Authority is responsible for the licensing of Property Services Providers (i.e., Auctioneers/Estate Agents, Letting Agents and Management Agents). The authority has issued by way of a statutory instrument the Property Services (Regulation) Act 2011 (Client Moneys) Regulations 2012. These regulations set out detailed rules to be followed by all licensed bodies in the handling and accounting for client monies. In this webinar we provide a detailed guide to the regulations and the testing required to be undertaken by the Reporting Accountant before reporting to the Regulator.
