Marie Bradley is a Council member and an FITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA). She is Principal of Bradley Tax Consulting and previously worked in the taxation departments of PwC and KPMG. Bradley Tax Consulting works with companieswho are developing new markets abroad and assists them in managing their Irish and international tax affairs.
Oonagh Carney is Managing Director of Carney VAT Consulting, a boutique VAT practice that provides specialist advice to Irish and international corporate and professional clients on all aspects of VAT. Oonagh is an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA), has worked exclusively in VAT for 14 years and previously worked as a VAT Director in KPMG.
John O'Loughlin
John is a Senior Manager with the Customs and International Trade team in PwC Dublin, with more than thirteen years' experience in providing customs and trade advice. John also has wide experience of the practical application of customs and trade from his period working in industry. He holds a Degree in Business Studies and is an Associate of the Institute of Taxation Ireland (AITI). John provides customs support to his clients on areas such as: customs tariff classification, origin, valuation, customs compliance, excise compliance, logistics, supply chain and ‘emerging markets’ support, in industries such as retail, pharma, aerospace and defence, software, technology, telecommunications, semi-conductor, high-tech manufacturing and media. John has provided extensive consultancy support to a wide range of multinational corporations. This has involved detailed reviews of relevant EU and national export customs and trade legislation. He has assisted multinationals with voluntary disclosures, including representations to the relevant national authorities on such matters. He has developed and delivered training and proficiency programs to cover relevant areas of customs and trade. John has worked on the development of processes and procedures relating to customs import and export compliance requirements and is also familiar with SAP systems. He recently completed the roll-out of an internal customs compliance program in a number of countries, which involved the drafting of operational processes and procedures for various aspects of the customs function.
