Frank Walsh has been in tax practice since 1980. His main professional interests include in-bound and out-bound investments as well as privately held business. Frank has been involved in many tax-based deals, mainly property based capital allowance, as well as corporate restructurings and mergers and acquisitions. He also has FS experience having provided tax services to companies in the International financial Service Centre. Frank is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Liam Kenny joined Grant Thornton in 2005, he previously trained as an accountant within the corporate treasury and manufacturing operations of the Jefferson Smurfit Group. Liam has responsibility for managing the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to privately owned companies and their owner managers. His clients operate across a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, recycling, software and retail markets. He also advises sole trader professionals and partnerships. Liam is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and the Irish Taxation Institute.
Jane Quirke provides tax advice to a broad range of indigenous Irish businesses, multinational clients and high-net worth individuals. This includes advice in relation to property investment, R&D tax credits, retirement and succession planning for businesses and individuals, group restructuring and rationalisation programmes and a range of employment tax issues. Jane is a member of the Irish Taxation Institute and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
