Speaker: Aidan Horan is a fellowship member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA).
Aidan is director in the consultancy, training and development directorate at the Institute of Public Administration specialising in governance, audit and risk management.
He has many years experience in supporting and advising individual senior managers and client organisations in audit, governance, risk and control systems.
Aidan is also a non executive chairman of several audit committees, a public interest nominee on a Health Regulatory Body and holds a number of other board roles in the professional and voluntary sectors.
