ACCA Ireland are inviting you to our IFAC/ACCA Webinar – Farming Structures event which will be delivered by Marty Murphy. This online seminar will take place on Thursday 15th of June 2023.

For the last number of years, a record number of farmers have been incorporating. This event will examine the common structures farmers are adopting and how the structures interact with the Department of Agriculture.

SPEAKER 

Marty Murphy

Marty Murphy joined the ifac team in 2020, as partner in charge of the Dublin office. In 2023 Marty was appointed the Head of Tax of ifac.

Marty gained a Bachelor of Commerce from NUI Galway and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute. Marty trained in Grogan’s Accountants and subsequently worked for Grant Thornton and then Beechwood Partners as an Associate Director.

He has a very strong accountant and tax background, with expertise in corporate work and restructuring work. Outside the office, Marty is an avid IT enthusiast and likes to have all the latest technologies and gadgets!
