Anne trained as a solicitor with McCann FitzGerald Solicitors. Upon qualification in 2005, she joined the Dispute Resolution and Litigation group in McCann FitzGerald working on commercial disputes in a number of sectors including financial services and cases with a regulatory aspect. In 2010, she was seconded as a legal advisor to the Commission for Communications Regulation. In December 2010, she joined the Enforcement Division of the Central Bank and was involved in the roll-out of the Fitness and Probity Regime. Since 2010, she has gained extensive experience in the activities of the Enforcement Division which include investigations and enforcement of issues relating to prudential, conduct of business, consumer protection, securities and fitness and probity requirements, enforcement policy and refusals and revocations of authorisations.
