Nicola O' Neill is the Managing Director and principal of Harvest since 2005. She has been involved in the development of people and organisations for the past 20 years. 
Describing herself as an entrepreneur, Nicola and the Harvest team, set up Harvest Training Academy in 2007 and The Harvest Learning Hub – e-learning offer in 2013. Nicola regularly publishes articles in well know industry publications and has taken the platform for a number of speaking events. She is also an active member in a number of Women in Business networks. Nicola is a member of the IITD Executive Council and has recently been elected as President. In June 2014 Nicola commenced her 2 year Presidency. 
Nicola has wide experience in all aspects of OD including leadership development, change management, high impact coaching and performance management initiatives. 
Nicolas work in Harvest today involves client relationship management, consultancy assignments with senior teams and continuously working to evolve and reinvent Harvest.
