Understanding the Supply Chain and Mitigating Supply Chain Shocks

Reference:GUINNE23
This event is now over.

Overview

The interaction between Procurement and Finance professionals is becoming increasingly more important to the success of organisations. Reflecting upon a recent ACCA / CIPS / IMA research report, Clive Webb will consider why finance teams need to work ever closer with their colleagues who develop and manage the organisation's supply chains and provide an overview of the relevant trends from the perspective of the finance professional.

Martin Sheridan and Marisa Schoeman, from Diageo (Guinness), will be joining us to deep dive in to the supply chain at Guinness and to better understand the shocks and disruption they have had to face. Marissa Schoeman will talk about the resilience which has now been created in the supply chain as a result of the past 5 years and how Guinness is prepared for the next supply chain shock.
