Overview
The most effective leaders are not those who never struggle, they are those who recover quickly, adapt readily and model the composure and perspective that helps their whole team stay effective under pressure. Resilience is not a personality trait; it is a set of skills and habits that can be deliberately developed.
This course explores the foundations of resilience, how to maintain perspective during challenges and practical techniques for recovering from setbacks. It goes beyond personal resilience to explore adaptive leadership – the ability to adjust your leadership approach to the demands of different situations. You will learn to model the resilient leadership that helps your whole team stay focused, motivated and high performing even when circumstances are difficult.
