Conor Sweeney is the immediate past President of the ICSA Irish Region. He is Managing Director of CLS Chartered Secretaries a Company Secretarial Advisory Firm. Conor trained and qualified as a Chartered Secretary in the Corporate Legal Advisory department of KPMG. He has extensive experience in advising companies and directors on Company Law and Company Secretarial practice. Along with having a number of published articles Conor is an experienced speaker in the area of Company Law and Company Secretarial practice and has presented on behalf of all the Accounting Institutes, The Law Society, the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA).
