About the presenters
Laura Graham, Partner
Laura is a partner in the Firm and leads the award winning Employment and Regulatory Team. Her expertise lies in Employment Law, Professional Discipline and Regulation, Sports Law and Data Protection.
She has a broad range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and acts for both employers and senior level employees.
She has also acted for members of various professional bodies, including members of ACCA, CPA and Chartered Accountants in disciplinary and licensing matters and has represented committees of the GAA before the Dispute Resolution Authority.
Laura is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland and is on the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Employment Law Committee. She is a regulator contributor to publications including Legal Island, HR Headquarters, the Parchment and the Gazette.
The Team at Reddy Charlton recently won Leinster (including Dublin) Employment Law Team of the Year at the Dye & Durham Irish Law Awards 2022.
Siobhán Lafferty, Senior Associate
Siobhán is a Senior Associate in the Firm, more specifically the Employment and Regulatory Team. Her expertise are Employment Law and Professional Discipline and Regulation and has a range of experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Siobhán has a vast experience in the area of redundancies, advising both employees and employers on the process. She has also successfully represented clients on employment status claims at the Work Place Relations Commission.
Siobhán regularly contributes to publications for Legal Island and is a member of the Employment Law Association of Ireland. She has also worked on employment law issues for the Falkland Islands.
