The launch of ChatGPT in 2022 has created new opportunities for the use of Artificial Intelligence in the workplace and beyond.
This highly interactive, half-day course charts the evolution of Artificial Intelligence, with a particular emphasis on machine learning algorithms such as ChatGPT. Understanding how these algorithms operate leads into a debate about how they could be used (and how they should not be used!).

For 17 years he has enjoyed supporting people with their continuing professional development by designing teaching programmes, authoring bespoke materials and providing interactive training face-to-face and online.
David’s technical expertise in financial management, business strategy and technology is founded on his fellowships of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Leadership & Management. This expertise is enhanced by his career as a business leader and continues to be nourished by research into how these fields are evolving in the modern business environment.
David’s current research areas include big data, Artificial Intelligence and the future of the accountancy profession. He recently published a report into the impact of digital technology on accountants and finance professionals: People Will Be The Next Big Thing.
