Roisin Bennett

Reddy Charlton LLP

Roisin Bennett is the head of Reddy Charlton property team, and her main area of practice is commercial property. Roisin advises clients on all aspects of commercial property sales and acquisitions, including financing and perfecting security. Roisin also advises on landlord and tenant issues, primarily in the retail, office, hospitality and manufacturing sectors.

A particular area of her expertise is advising a number of national sports organisations, including the GAA, clubs around the country and their trustees on property matters as well as governance and regulatory matters.

Roisin Bennett has a special interest in green leases and sustainability issues in property transactions. Roisin is a member of Irish Green Building Council.

Roisin joined Reddy Charlton in 2005 and became a partner in 2012. She is a long-standing member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association Property Committee and regularly provides lectures to both the Law Society of Ireland and Chartered Accountants. She is also admitted as a solicitor in Northern Ireland.
