Elaine McGrath is a partner and the head of Reddy Charlton’s commercial department. Elaine advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, in particular mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, partnership and shareholders agreements.

 

While Elaine advises across a wide range of sectors, she has particular expertise in advising professional services, healthcare and hospitality sectors on internal structuring, business succession planning and mergers & acquisitions.

 

Elaine joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2013. Elaine is a registered Trademark Attorney and regularly presents seminars and lectures to students sitting the Law Society Professional Qualification courses on various topics.
