 We will then move to focussing on how we can build our personal brand, increasing our reputation as professional, confident and capable individuals.

 

We will:

  • Identify the causes of stress and how to reduce it
  • Improve your personal resilience and wellbeing
  • Bounce back from setbacks, maintaining peak performance in high-pressure environments
  • Develop your personal brand – what do you want to be known for?
  • Understand how other people perceive you and how you can change this

 

You will leave with increased awareness of stress management strategies and with an enhanced toolkit to build your reputation as a professional, confident, capable individual
