Overview:

Part I of our two-part series on Incorporation - this practical session focuses on one of the most important decisions in business and tax - whether to operate as a sole trader or as a limited company.

We will cut through the theory and focus on real-world decision-making. Using examples and scenarios, you’ll learn when incorporation makes sense, when it doesn’t, and how to explain the choice clearly to clients.

The session is designed to build confidence in advising on business structures, with a strong emphasis on tax implications, commercial considerations, and common pitfalls.

Key Topics:

Join us for an insightful ACCA webinar where we'll cover essential topics, including:

  • Taxation of both structures
  • Access to tax reliefs
  • The difference in pension treatment
  • The limited liability fallacy
  • Practical case studies you can reuse immediately
