Tara Clements has over 25 years’ experience in financial services industry. Her past roles have covered all aspects of operations and financial reporting. She established Abacus Consulting a training consultancy firm in 1999. She has lectured at under graduate level in financial modules in the National College of Ireland and IT Tallaght and at post-graduate level in Independent Colleges. Her current role is Vice President of Business Solutions – EMEA Fund Accounting in BNY Mellon. She is a panel member of ACCA Ireland Financial Services Network. Tara has lectured on the topic in both IT Tallaght and Independent Colleges. She has also worked with fund administration companies identifying operational risk and business continuity issues.
