Dr Annie Doona, IADT , Institute of Art, Design & Technology
Dr. Annie Doona is President of IADT (Institute of Art, Design & Technology) Dun Laoghaire. She has extensive experience in strategy development, educational leadership, curriculum design and delivery, and equality and diversity.. She is Chair of the Board of THEA, the Technological Higher Education Association Ireland, a Board Member and Associate Fellow of Gradcam (Graduate School of Creative Arts and Media). She has experience as a member and chair of, quality review panels, validation panels, programmatic and institutional reviews in the UK, Ireland and Europe.
Dr Doona is currently Chair of Screen Ireland. Dr Doona is a member of the Institute of Directors, The International Women’s Forum, Women in Film and Television Ireland and the European Women Rectors Association..
Dr Doona is a fan of film and theatre, walking and baking. She is married with one grown up daughter and lives in County Wicklow with her husband, two dogs, two cats and two hens.
